PAontheweb.com is now hiring full and part time referral agents, sales staff and web designers. Veterans preferred.

All parties remain independent and are paid commission based on performance. Commissions range between 10 and 50% of up front sales and recurring monthly payments. Unlike other agencies (like Market America, Ivenue and others) there are no fees to join with us. This is not a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) scheme.

Definitions:

Referral Agents simply refer website clients to PAontheweb.com via our Get a Quote page. Referral Agents earn 10% across the board on up front design fees and 10% of recurring monthly fees. Example, a website project comes in at $5,000 and $99 per month. The Referral Agent makes $500 on up front fees and $9.99 per month as long as the client remains with PAontheweb.com.

Sales Agent collect all the information from the client and close a deal by getting a signed contract. In addition, the Sales Agent is expected to stay in contact with the client in order to insure the client is happy with the product and understands new technology as it becomes available. Sales Agents earn 10% of up front design fees and 25% of recurring monthly fees.

Web Designers who currently have an acceptable portfolio of their design work will be paid based on contract terms. Web Designers are also eligible to participate as a Sales Agent. If a Web Designer can sell the project and complete all tasks necessary you may earn up to 50% of recurring monthly payments and 90% of your design work costs. PAontheweb.com only asks for 10% for using our systems and technology. We will assist with Search Engine Optimization to get the client found. SEO never comes with guarantees but we do have a proven track record. If SEO does not work for the client we will suggest SEM which is a pay per click system.

Note: In some cases clients require dedicated servers and SEM that reduce the amount of monthly profit. In these cases you will be notified of what we need to pay for their systems and adjust your monthly commission accordingly. Profit on SEM is often 15% of what is billed. Example, a client wants to spend $1,000 per month in Google Adwords or SEM. Profit is $150 per month. Your commission is based on the $150 per month profit.
